The cost of the tour (not including flight) is US$2,450 based on double occupancy and subject to change due to fluctuation in exchange rates. A deposit of US$400 is required to secure a place.

2 Print out the Reservation Form below and mail completed form to Art Tours by Artists Inc., PO Box 287213, New York, NY 10128, USA. A deposit of US$400 per person is required to reserve a place on the tour. Final payment will be due 60 days before departure, i.e. Friday, April 15, 2004. All bookings made after this date must be paid in full. Payments should be made by check, payable to Art Tours by Artists Inc. All bookings will be confirmed in writing once payment is received.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
Most cancellations occur due to events beyond our control (e.g. broken limb, death in the family, medical problem or we have insufficient numbers for the tour). Cancellation insurance is therefore highly recommended.
Insurance can often be purchased at the same time as you buy your tickets or from a travel agent.
